- Appearance: thick yellow haze 5/6
- Aroma: strong citrus and lite peach 23/24
- Flavor: mango and peach sorbet covered with blueberries and cream. Touch of earthy and green piney dankness on the backend. Just enough bitterness in aftertaste to keep your tastebuds coming back for more. 38/40
- Mouthfeel: soft, pillowy, creamy and smooth from start to finish 10/10
- Overall Impression: by far the best DIPA I’ve had to date in 2021. Juicy, creamy, dank and no sign of 8.6% ABV. Easy to drink due to lite bitterness during aftertaste. 19/20

- Incredible DIPA that hides the Nelson hops extremely well and no hop or alcohol burn at all

- Structures Brewing is a small brewery in Bellingham, WA that celebrated their fifth birthday in late 2020. They have almost perfected recipes for hazy IPAs, pale ales and stouts. Their hidden skill is changing the hop profiles used on their flagship beers (Fuzz, Juice On Juice, Die In Haze, Junior and Feral Bones), which produces tasty variants all year long. Started Washington state shipping in early summer 2020 due to COVID-19 regulations, included top notch packaging and 1-3 days delivery time via UPS.
- Fast Fashion is currently operating as a nano-brewery out of The Masonry restaurant in Fremont, WA. Taking baby steps with their first five beers that have received high reviews on Untappd.
Sports Comparison
Auston Matthews, forward/center for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Matthews is currently in the fifth year of his NHL career and is leading the league with 31 points (18 goals, 13 assists). Continues to show his evolving offensive skills on a nightly basis and is a must watch on TV this season. Matthews and Structures Brewing are stuffing the stat sheet in their respective arenas in early 2021. I’m hoping that trend continues for hockey fans and beer geeks.
